We accept payment electronically through PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase, just follow the instructions through the checkout. If paying through PayPal, please make sure that your registered address and phone number is up to date. Please let us know if you need your order send to an alternative address. UK Delivery Most orders are sent out within three working days of receipt of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it faster, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Some products are printed/made to order and take longer to be delivered. This will be stated on the product page. International Delivery For destinations outside the UK, standard orders are sent using Royal Mail's Airsure or International Signed For service (depending on your location), and may require a signature on delivery. Some international deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties which you, the buyer are responsible for. Refunds and Returns In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours (or the next business day), and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please keep the damaged item, including all packaging as it may be required for an insurance claim. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund in line with the UK distance selling guidelines. Copyright Copyright is always retained by the designer Bianca Hall, and images can not be used or reproduced without written permission.
